Our goals are to provide project management solutions that work for you. We can train your team to become proficient and self-sufficient on the software as quickly as possible... because training is critical to using the software effectively. We offer a number of training options which have been developed to fulfill our customers' varying needs. We would be happy to custom-design training for your company.
What kind of learners are on your team? Some may prefer learning in a classroom with the whole team, others might need a more focused group of two or three, or even a one-on-one with the trainer. Some benefit greatly from a review a month after the training. Targeted training helps the team get up the learning curve faster and avoid the start-up errors beginners tend to make. All of our trainers have received extensive training and certification from Primavera Systems; all are experts in the transfer of knowledge, with broad experience communicating concepts, principles and techniques. PMPs and others: you earn PDUs (Professional Development Units) for each course completed! Public training at our facilityWe offer courses for every Primavera Systems software on a regular basis. The experts at Primavera Systems designed the training, wrote the manuals and trained the trainers. Training your group at our facilityIf you have a group who need training on Primavera Systems software, it might be more economical for you to arrange your own group training at our fully-equipped training facility in Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA. We can accommodate up to 14 students in our training facility. Training at your facilityPlease provide one PC for each trainee (maximum 10) plus one for the instructor and a projection device. Schedules can be arranged at your convenience. If your group is small - one or two people - it might be more cost-effective to hire a consultant to spend a day training them. Talk to us. Custom group training - at your facility or oursTailored Team TrainingTailored for your team. You choose the modules from the standard Primavera Systems training that meet your objectives. Tailored Team Training with Customized WorkshopsUtilizes the standard Primavera Systems training, but we also develop workshops that reference actual project examples and include pre-defined dictionaries from your organization. Full Custom Team TrainingThrough interviews and reports a pl logic consultant learns about your company's "process" and designs a training manual around that process, relating it to the software. You review and comment on the manual before it is rolled out. The training is specifically mapped to your company and its projects, environment and objectives. Customized team training ensures that users have a good understanding of the software features and functions and how to use the software to support your corporate needs. A Mentor in the ClassroomYou can enhance any of the group trainings by including a Mentor in the classroom who can relate the company process back to the software, ensure that company goals and policies are being preserved, and generally make sure that the training is on track for your organization. One-on-One Training Plus SchedulerOur consultant/ scheduler does a hands-on training at your office working on your actual project, thus not only training someone from your team, but quickly getting the project up and running on Primavera project management software. |
