Click on the above link, select a product, enter your valid serial number (when prompted) and click Verify Maintenance.
Once you have access to the Knowledgebase, you can search for technical tips using keywords or bulletin numbers, and you can download files.
To help you easily locate updated files, patches and service packs on the Knowledgebase, Primavera has added a new section titled "Updated Files." Each product has a section, so please go to the Knowledgebase and select your product to review any updated files.
